As the curtains come down on London Fashion Week, Milan awaits its turn to show off Italy’s sartorial excellence. Taking place from 22 to 28 September, Milan Fashion Week will host 54 in-person shows and 88 presentations.
There has been some movement across the calendar – most notably, Prada will open the week for the first time. Plenty of regulars make their return, including Dolce&Gabbana, Roberto Cavalli, Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Alberta Ferretti and Bottega Veneta. Versace and Boss have removed themselves from this year’s calendar – the former will return for Autumn/Winter 2027 under Pieter Mulier’s creative direction. In place of a runway show, Emporio Armani will host a presentation on 24 September to showcase the latest collection by Silvana Armani and Leo Dell’Orco. This comes after Dario Vitale, ex-Versace, was named creative director on 16 September.

Loris Messina and Simone Rizzo debut at Moschino on 25 September while Glenn Martens takes his final bow at Diesel on 22 September. The week welcomes sophomore collections by Maria Grazia Chiuri, Demna and Maryll Rogge for Fendi, Gucci and Marni, respectively.
In keeping with four decades of tradition, Giorgio Armani will close out Milan Fashion Week on 27 September. See the full calendar here
