Cannes has gained a reputation for itself for its renowned parties that match its dazzling red carpets in exclusivity and glamour. Many of cinema’s momentous occasions have taken place, somewhere between the Croisette to the famous Hôtel du Cap. From the time when young Academy award winner Grace Kelly met her future husband and Prince of Monaco in the small town, to when a sprightly Brigitte Bardot met Pablo Piccaso for a little rendezvous in his studio in the Fifties, the iconic film festival has seen it all.
