From New York’s tailoring to London’s trench coats and Milan’s lightweight leathers, fashion month has showcased a slew of street looks to envy. While the final leg is currently underway in Paris, there’s one trend that’s already surfacing across the four cities: denim on denim.
Reworking the Canadian Tuxedo, editors, buyers and influencers have been spotted wearing high-waisted balloon jeans with bustiers, effortlessly wearable jumpsuits, and cowgirl-esque jackets with matching mini skirts. Some have even dared to try top-to-toe blues, as boots, bags and headbands make the perfect finishing touch to an all-denim affair.
