Hoof
Hoof is a minimalist, equestrian-inspired café drenched in earthy hues and powered by specialised brews. To celebrate World Matcha Day, Hoof presents a curated selection of matcha-led drinks and desserts, including the Matcha Berry Cloud, a layered beverage with matcha, blueberry and blackberries, and the Tropical Matcha – a combination of matcha and refreshing coconut water. If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, go all-out with the matcha caramel custard or the matcha cookie, made all the more decadent with white chocolate.

Julith
Julith sent coffee lovers into a frenzy when it opened in Al Quoz in 2025 with its extensive roster of specialty beans and its multi-functional space. Though the concept may highlight coffee, matcha by no means takes a back seat. The menu of matcha concoctions welcomes three limited-edition drinks this World Matcha Day, created in collaboration with Oatly oat milk: cantaloupe matcha, roasted matcha cold foam and the carrot cake matcha latte. The drinks are complimentary while stocks last, so be sure to visit early to make the most of it.

852 Bakery
852 Bakery, tucked into Jun’s in Downtown Dubai, mirrors the third-culture cooking philosophy of the restaurant with innovative beverages that incorporate Asian flavours. The Matcha Coconut layers matcha with – you guessed it – coconut for a creamy drink, while the Matcha Mango Sago adds texture with tapioca beads. Best of all, 852 Bakery secures its beverages with a unique tin-top so you don’t risk spilling on your stroll down the Boulevard.

Fynd
If you haven’t tried it already, World Matcha Day is your final opportunity to visit Fynd on Marsa Boulevard before the outdoor boardwalk closes for the season. To mark the occasion, the viral café is offering complimentary matcha and free gifts in collaboration with Haze fragrances. Whether you’re a matcha purist or prefer to experiment with flavours, Fynd has a concoction for everyone to enjoy.

Nestled by the Dubai Canal, Orto is a neighbourhood coffee lounge and community space that delivers every time. Matcha lovers settle in for views, a relaxed atmosphere and expertly crafted matcha that embraces experimental flavours without compromising on quality. Finding a seat at Koncrete is easier said than done – from the moment the doors open, the beloved café welcomes a steady stream of under-caffeinated customers looking to kickstart their day. Thankfully, there are plenty of drinks on offer. The Coco Matcha and Matcha Haven are signatures of the café, both of which utilise high-quality matcha to please even the toughest of purists.

The Dubai Design District hotspot uses ceremonial-grade matcha in its creations, ensuring you won’t be disappointed by a lacklustre cup. The minimalist bakery serves decadent Scandinavian-inspired sweet and savoury pastries which pair wonderfully with its matcha menu, whether you opt for a traditional matcha latte or prefer yours topped with a flavoured cloud.
