Coffee And Cartier: A Match Made In Fine-Jewellery Heaven

Grain de Café, fine jewellery
Cartier's Grain de Café turns the humble coffee bean into fine jewellery. Let diamonds be the daily delight that rivals that first sip

For most people, coffee is what kick-starts their day. It gets the creativity flowing, makes morning meetings that much more bearable, and offers the occasion for a catch-up with loved ones or colleagues. In 1938, Cartier looked to the humble coffee bean for its Grain de Café collection, taking inspiration from its full, round and ripe shape for a singular collection that reflects freedom and sophistication. Rings, pendants, earrings and brooches are embellished with clusters of coffee bean motifs and dotted with diamonds, the gleaming yellow gold reflecting dainty decadence. Discover the collection in the December/January issue of MOJEH and in the gallery below.
